About the Office of Quality Assurance

RMC’s Office of Quality Assurance is committed to the constant improvement of all academic services offered through the university.

The Office of Quality Assurance has three main responsibilities:

Student Feedback Surveys for all RMC and CFC courses

The Office of Quality Assurance updates and generates standardized student feedback forms, and we process, and report on, the data gathered. QA is also able to create and administer special surveys, for example for programme reviews, on request. To learn more, visit our Student Feedback Survey Process page.

Maintenance of the RMC Institutional Quality Assurance Process (IQAP) Manual and assistance with Cyclical Programme Reviews

The office maintains the most current versions of the IQAP Manual and IQAP-related templates. We also help interpret the IQAP and we archive all IQAP-related documentation. To learn more, visit our RMC IQAP page.

Maintenance of a university-wide Feedback Link

QA acts as a clearing house for students, staff, faculty and members of the public to ask questions or make comments about RMC courses, programs or services. QA also attempts to answer questions about university governance and policy. If you have an academic problem and are not sure how to resolve it, we will help you identify your options. To learn more, visit our Quality Assurance Feedback Link page.
