Implementation Plan

Recommendation Proposed Follow-up and Resource Implications Responsibility for Leading Follow-up Timeline for Addressing Recommendation
1. Additional resources would be beneficial to address the ability to offer alternate technical electives The program will continually explore options to include technical electives Dept Head The addition of electives in CBRN and Life Sciences will be considered by the department in the fall of 2025 as a response to pause in the chemistry program instituted in March 2025.
2. Further streamlining is recommended to increase amount of elective courses available Review accreditation during CEAB visit. Dept Rep Streamlining has been discussed in order to add electives and reflect the Canadian Military College Review Board report. We will further review during the fall 2025 CEAB visit.
3. Further mapping of graduate attributes Mapping will be reviewed. Dept Reps Review completed and included in the graduate attribute tables and course syllabi including where the indicators are assessed. Completed for AY24/25.
4. Increased emphasis on including examples related to military aspects in courses Milfac will be tasked with identifying examples. Dept Rep Milfac working group will present findings at the Fall 2025 retreat.
5. Provide an organization chart to outline the documentation pertaining to the IQAP review An organizational chart will be included in the next IQAP review. Dean of Eng/Dept Head To be included in the subsequent IQAP review process.
